Simply click on the link provided below and send us a photo of the item you did receive. Our support team will review it within two business days and will arrange for the correct order to be sent out to you ASAP!
You'll get a new tracking number once it's on its way, and you can simply discard or recycle the item you did receive. We'll be sending that person a brand new order too.
